Very quick responses for any queries about my orders, they happy to provide invoices. UK based so no need to pay import tax as they have already included that in the price you pay along with the shipping costs. Unit prices seem quite high compared to the manufacturers websites but that being said they are a reseller so they have to make money somewhere and usually asic manufacturers dont include shipping or import tax. Also recieved discount codes for future purchases.

Pro: Support staff is great and responds in a reasonable amount of time.
Cons: Lack of proactive updates about the order. I had to contact support each time I wanted an update.
Room for improvement: CMC should sent weekly emails with updates on the order status. E.g. order status not fulfilled due to delay from manufacturer. Manufacturer will ship batch on XYZ.
